01 / Scope
These terms govern the use of medicachoice.com (the “Site”) and the submission of procurement enquiries through it. By using the Site you accept these terms. The Site is operated by Medicachoice, a division of Optomac Ltd, from Altrincham, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom.
02 / Purpose of the Site
The Site exists to introduce Medicachoice's procurement service to prospective buyers and to receive Requests for Quotation (RFQs). Information on the Site (equipment categories, process descriptions, industry framing) is provided for general guidance only. Specific quotations, proposals, and order terms are issued separately and supersede anything on the Site.
03 / RFQ submissions
An RFQ submitted through the Site is an enquiry, not a contractual offer. We respond to enquiries with preliminary feasibility, indicative pricing range, and documentation scope. Any binding commercial offer is issued in a formal quotation document. By submitting an RFQ you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit the enquiry on behalf of the named organisation.
04 / Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to ensure information on the Site is accurate at the time of publication, but make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Equipment specifications, regulatory status, lead times, and pricing ranges shown for illustrative purposes are subject to manufacturer confirmation at the point of quotation.
05 / Intellectual property
Content on the Site (including text, layouts, the wordmark, monogram, custom illustrations, and structured copy) is the property of Medicachoice or its licensors and is protected under UK and international copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or systematically extract content without our prior written consent.
06 / Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape or harvest the Site by automated means; (b) submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; (c) submit personal data of individuals without their authority; (d) attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
07 / Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to direct damages and does not extend to indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
08 / Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
