Zero tolerance, across the supply chain.

01 / Our commitment
Medicachoice operates on a zero-tolerance basis toward modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour in every part of its business and supplier network. We publish this statement voluntarily, in the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, and apply the same standard regardless of statutory turnover thresholds.
02 / Where the risk sits
Medical equipment manufacturing and downstream logistics span multiple jurisdictions. The principal modern-slavery risk points in our supply chain are tier-two and tier-three component manufacturing, packaging and assembly operations, and freight handling at intermediate transhipment points.
03 / Supplier due diligence
Manufacturers entering our vetted partner network are reviewed on documented labour standards alongside conformity and quality. The vetting record includes published modern-slavery statements where the manufacturer is in scope, certification of ethical labour standards where available, and an attestation clause within our supply terms requiring confirmation of compliance.
04 / Buyer due diligence
On the buyer side, sanctions screening and end-use verification are applied to every order. Pre-shipment inspection conducted by independent agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or buyer-nominated equivalents) provides an additional check on the conditions under which goods are produced and packed.
05 / Reporting concerns
Any individual aware of a concern relating to modern slavery in connection with our supply chain or operations is encouraged to report it in writing to sales@medicachoice.com. Reports are reviewed in confidence.
06 / Review
This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as our supplier network and procurement practice evolve.
