Medicachoice does not hold stock. Orders are confirmed with the manufacturer only after the buyer order is in place and trade-finance terms are agreed. What we quote is what we source: no inventory exposure, no incentive misalignment.
Trade is structured through a UK clearing bank under Letter of Credit terms, with alternative structures available for established buyers. The supplier relationship sits inside a jurisdiction your audit trail can defend.
Equipment is sourced from a network of certified manufacturers in the UK, EU, and approved global partners. Each manufacturer is vetted on conformity documentation, warranty pathway, and serviceability.
Pre-shipment inspection is arranged via an independent agency: SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or a buyer-nominated inspector. QC reports are issued before release of shipment.
